RETURN POLICY: The customer is liable for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item to WHEEL OUTLET INC except if the wheels do not fit, or product has been damaged during shipping. This policy also applies to warranty returns. Customers are responisble to verify bolt pattern before they buy. WHEELOUTLETINC takes no responsiblity for fitment of oversize wheels.As stated in the Return Policy, when returning wheels to WHEEL OUTLET INC for credit, a 25% restocking fee will be charged to your account. This policy also applies to shipments that are refused and returned. All cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a 20% (of total invoiced order) cancellation fee. Return shipping of the product is not refundable. Any shipment received in conditions other than brand new will be charged 50% restocking fee of the total amount. Wheel and tire packages must be properly boxed before they are returned. It's the customer's responsibility to report any damages/shortages within 48 hours of receiving the product. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours. No returns will be accepted without authorization from WHEEL OUTLET INC. Once Authorization is approved, the customer will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number or RMA number. The Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA is valid for 30 days ONLY. After the 30 day time limit, the RMA will expire. There are absolutely NO returns (once a tire is mounted) for customers who solely purchase wheels. There are absolutely no returns on used or damaged products. There are absolutely no warranty on any wire wheels other then spoke leakage warranty provided for 90 days.There is 1(one) year warranty on chrome by manufacturer and 6 (six)months on paint for most of our wheels unless otherwise stated. All wheels and tires are warrantied by manufacturer only. NO warranty on low profile (25 to 55 series) tires. Our regular processing time is between 2-4 business days and additional 3-6 business days for UPS ground shipping to continental US.Invoice must be paid in full or at least half before shipping the order. We do try our best to match or beat any Ebay price but they should be done prior to sale. The purchase price at time of sale is final. Balancing of wheels is NOT a guaranteed service and therefore we cannot REIMBURSE if wheels were not properly balanced.Most of the pictures on our listings depicts the look of the rims and not represent the actual size of the wheels.
