WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OUR SHOP AND OTHER CHINESE SHOPS ?

The same pic display different colours in the different computer monitors due to chromatic abberation, no refund if you are not satisfied with the colour, so please take the colour swatches in advance.

ABOUT RETURN POLICY ?

 

1. THERE'S NO RETURN POLICY FOR THE COLOUR

THE SAME PIC DISPLAY DIFFERENT COLOUR IN THE DIFFERENT MONITOR, IF YOU ARE VERY CARE ABOUT THE COLOUR ,PLEASE TAKE THE SWATCHES BEFORE YOU TAKE THE DRESS/ DRESSES .   --------

If you want to match something or you are very care about the colour, please go to our shop to  take the colour swatches first.

>>>    No return policy for the colour, and you only can choose the colour from our colour swatches.

 

2. How to exchange the items

If you choose the size that don't fit you, you can return it first and exchange for a new one, but you need to pay the exchange postage charges. 12 pounds postage charge for first item , and 10 pounds postage charge for each another one. ( Don't bid for the new item when you want to exchange the items )

Q: When will the parcels be delayed ?

A: During Christmas, Chinese spring festival and other festival or holidays, the parcel would be delayed more than 1 month in destination custom house or postoffice. If you want to use the dresses after Sep, we suggest you place an order 2 months in advance. 

Q: Do I need to pay duties or extra charges?

A: No, you needn't, all the parcels will be shipped as a gift, so you don't need to pay any duties and we won't charge you any more after you bid for the items.

Measuring guide

Q: I my child is age 8-10 , should I take kids8-10

A: No, please don't , because our size kids8-10 isn't for the girls who are age 8-10, as you know, even if the 8 years old girls, they all have different shapes, so pelase take the measurements in advance, if you can't find your sizes, please have the dresses custom made :)

Q: Do you need gross measurements or net measurements?

A: We need NET measurements. Don't add loose measure. Some dressmaker would like to tell you gross measurements, for example , your real bust girth is 36", they will tell you 38", please ask them to read our guides before they give your measurements :)

Q: Can I take the measurements by myself ?

A: Yes, you can , but please read our guides more carefully before you take the measurements.  And take the measurements under the help of your friend. It's hard to get correct measurements when you take the measurements by yourself. In fact 50% unprofessional people used the wrong methods to take their measurements

 

Q: Lace up dress is better than ZIP UP dress, right ? How can I pay for lace up alternation fee ?

A: Sometimes, when you can't get your accurate correct measurements, we suggest you choose LACE UP dresses on the safe side, the LACE UP dress allow 2" difference. For example, you can't get your measurements, but you usually wear UK12, when you take our dress, you 'd better choose UK 12 with lace up. Because Evening dresses are close-fitting, it's always smaller than the normal dress you wear. When you can't get correct measurements, choose lace up dress is a better choice.

But when you take chiffon dress, because chiffon can't be used to make lace or panel, we have to use similar colour satin to make the lace and panels. Since the satin and chiffon are different fibres, the satin pannel and lace's colour always be different from the chiffon dress, it's not nice sometimes.

In the end, when you choose lace up or zip up, please take second thought, it's hard to say which choice is better for some styles :)

When you take some zip up dressse but want to have lace up ones, remember to leave me a message on ebay to let me revise the inovice before you pay the billing .

Q:Why custom make dress is expensive than standard sizes?

A: Quality formal dress cost is really high, the dressmaker need to make pattern, cut the material , sew up the dress and make pleases individual for one dress when you choose custom make,  it will take more than 2 business days as usual. we make more than 1000 pcs. standard sizes in order to reduce the costs, because 1000 pcs. dresses only use  1 pattern and can be cut by the cutting matchine which is more efficient and reduce the cost.  That's why the standard size dress's price is a little lower.  ( if you take standard sizes, don't worry about the colour shade, because all standard size dresses were made in the same colour shade. )

HOW TO ALTER THE  STANDRAD SIZE DRESS TO YOUR OWN SIZE ?
