you are returning the item for a refund, please contact us for an RMA
number. The package must be returned to the address we provide during
the RMA procedure.

No returns will be accepted, exchanged or refunded without a completely filled out RMA form
Software, Books and DVDs will not be accepted for refund, return or exchange
if you are not able to print the RMA form, please write out all of the
info requested in the RMA form on a blank piece of paper and include it
with your return.
