Delivery
United Kingdom
Items purchased for delivery within the United Kingdom mainland are normally shipped within one working day of successful payment and will normally be delivered within 1-4 working days depending on the shipping option that you select.
Small items (less than 2kg) are normally sent by Royal Mail Tracked Service
Large items are normally sent by FedEx and will require a signature on delivery
Standard Delivery – 2 to 3 working days
Express Delivery – 1 working day
(Remote areas will be sent by best method we can use)
Rest of the World
Items purchased for delivery outside of the United Kingdom are normally shipped within one working day of successful payment and will normally be delivered within 28 working days depending on the shipping option that you select.
Small items are normally sent by Royal Mail Post – Airmail
Large items are normally sent by DHL (normally delivery within 5 days)
We define working days as Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.
