Payment

We accept paypal, US postal money orders, and credit card payments over the phone. Please let us know if you intend to use a money order or contact us via eBay for a phone number for credit card payments via phone.

No checks and no international money orders.

Shipping

Shipping is done via USPS, Fedex, and other freight carriers. We combine shipping whenever possible. Please note that some items may be drop shipped and some are not. In those cases we cannot combine shipping costs between those certain items. When in doubt, please check the item location in the listings.

Shipping to Germany

We have recently stopped shipping to Germany due to too many misunderstandings regarding excessive shipping times due to customs inspections. We're sorry for the inconvenience. If you are a previous German customer requiring shipping to Germany, please inquire with us.

Process

You may return the item in its original packaging in its unused and original condition for a refund. Items that have been installed or found to be missing parts when returned are not eligible for a refund. Please insure your return for loss and ship via a tracked shipping service. Not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. The return timeframe stated in the listing is that of receipt date of the item to the return shipping date.

Outgoing shipping costs

If the item is defective and not a result of shipping damage, we will refund the outgoing shipping cost upon the item's return. If the item is otherwise returned, the outgoing shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
