What is the meaning of Item Label on packages you receive?
To further improve our Quality Control, an Item Label has been pasted on each item package since May, 2009. The Item Label is generally given in one letter and 7 arabic numbers, eg. B0132517（This is the item label for Antique Gold Charms Bail Beads）. The letter and the first 5 numbers (which is "B01325") refer to Part No. for this item and the last two numbers ("17") stands for the Number of our QC (Quality Control) inspector who examines this product quality.

The item label is for our product quality tracking, so to improve our product service and quality. If you received a product in question, please refer us its Item Label. Plus you can enter the Part No (the letter and the first 5 arabic numbers, that is "B01325") in the search keyword box within our store /website to check and confirm whether the item is the one you ordered. That will save your time of having to search page by page.
What should I do if I have a problem with the items or parcels I received?
Normally, each product we sold has passed through strictly quality inspection and formal packing. We do great efforts to ensure the items our customers received are 100% satisfied. In case there are any unexpected problems happened, such as the items are broken, or you received wrong items, or the items are missed from your parcel. Please kindly email me your problem according to the following instructions:
First, please take a picture of your parcel's shipping package. It should be the side which has posted your shipping address information, such as the following pictures:

Second, please take a picture of the problem item's packing bag which side has printed an item label.
Then kindly send your problem and the picture to me, i will add replacement into your next order, or credit money into your account.
