Sent item in different condition than stated. Followed this action up with threats against me and my store. Then attempted to purchase items from my store in order to leave retaliation feedback against me. Had to contact ebay and report buyer for their behavior. Avoid this buyer at all cost.

I apologized for my initial reaction to the the return request, refunded the buyer's money and told them to keep the item. While the whole transaction seemed suspect, I admit that my initial reaction was unprofessional. Assumptions were made as to why I purchased the same item from his store but when I explained why I did (so the buyer could avoid return postage fees) I didn't receive a response. I further apologized and again I'm sorry things got out of hand/unprofessional on my part over $6
