We also accept cash for local pickups. And, we will accept money orders mailed to us if you are unable to pay through PayPal or do not want to use a credit card.
STORE SHIP-TO LOCATIONS Most of our items ship from our Colorado Springs, Colorado, location in the United States. However, we also do some drop shipments on selected items from sites in Phoeniz, AZ, Denver, CO, Knoxville, TN, Miamisburg, OH, and Holyoak, MA.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING Buyer pays for shipping. Shipping costs are noted for each item.
COMBINED ORDERS We love to combine orders to save you shipping costs! Just email us and tell us what you want to buy and we'll tell you what the total shipping costs will be.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY All items are exactly as stated in the description. We do accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the product. If we made a shipping error, we will promptly ship you a replacement at our expense. We will also issue a UPS call tag to get the incorrect item back. If you made an ordering error and want to return the item, we will issue a credit for the item if it is returned in the original packaging, is not used, and is resaleable. We do not refund the shipping costs if the mistake was yours.
