This is to let you know all our polocies:

My goal is complete customer satisfaction. I will bend over backwards to help you, if at all possible.

It is your responsibility to insure your item for shipment. If you choose not insure your item the item(s) will go to you unprotected from loss or damage in shipment. I will not be responsible if your item is not insured. I have had packages lost before (not many, but some).

The normal discount offered is $1 off each additional purchase. If you are buying 5 or more items from me I do give larger discounts for shipping. Normally, the discount is 50% off the original shipping costs. In cases where the item is .99 the discount will be less.

I test every item, if possible, before it goes out my door to you. If it's a game system, it has been tested with several games.

Returns: I accept returns on anything that is messed up for whatever reason. If it comes to you whole and working and you just have decided that you don't want it you have 3 days from reception of this item to let me know. If, for whatever reason an item is disfunctional and you can't get it to work, again you have 3 days from the date you receive it to let me know. Buyer is always responsible for shipping costs back to me as with any return (purchaser is responsible for getting it back to the store). No exceptions. If an item is sent back to me for a refund and after I test it and I find there is nothing wrong with it, I will not refund original shipping costs and there will be a 10% restocking fee. If there is a refund involved and it is my fault I will refund total original amount paid to me, Like I said, it is your responsibility to get the item back to me, so don't expect a refund for your costs of getting it back to me. If you buy a game system and it needs to be returned to me I do have record of the serial number of the game system I sent to you so therefore don't bother trying to send back to me your old broken down system.

If there is a mix up in shipping and you get the wrong item I will cover the cost of shipment back to me. As soon as the item is returned I will either send you out the item you purchased or give you a full refund if I no longer have the item. If this happens to you sorry in advance. I am human and only one person and I'm averaging about 100 orders a week being sent out.

Shipping: All items are sent USPS 1st class (2-5 days delivery US)and 1st class international outside the US. All orders over $2 are tracked. The exception is outside the US, which cannot be tracked unless sent UPS. The exception to my fist class rule is books and anything including books. They are sent out Media Mail 2-9 days delivery (US). All orders going outside the US may experience delays in shipping. This is not because of me. I always ship 1 to 2 days after payment. Problems occur when Customs doesn't allow a package to go thru quickly. I have no control of shipping time.
