Shipping
- We only accept US, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany address at present.
- We ship to Ebay's address ONLY. Please confirm your address on ebay before you bid our item Items will be shipped within next business day after payment.
- The item will be shipped by Singapore Post Air-Mail. No tracking number to offer.
- Shipping from China typically takes 10-18 days depending on destination. In most cases, international shipping takes around 7-14 business days.
- We try our best to provide you the most reliable, affordable way of shipping service.
- Sometimes international delivery is highly depended on the local customs and post service. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us immediately for further assistance.

Payment
- After you have won the auction, an invoice will be sent to your eBay registered email and you will be prompted check out by following the checkout link. You may also be able to checkout directly from the item page.
- At present, we only accept Paypal ( US account ) . You must have Paypal Confirmed address for shipping, which means your shipping address must match your billing address of the credit card submitted to Paypal.
- Make sure our paypal account is ebay1@yuego.com.
- All payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. All unpaid auction will be forfeited and the items will be re-listed. Unpaid buyers will receive negative feedbacks and unpaid strikes.
- If you wish to combine shipping, please wait until all auctions have ended before completing checkout. Please be advised that you will have 7 days from the end of the first auction to complete checkout before your order will be cancelled. Once checkout has been completed for an order, the order is immediately sent to our warehouses for packing and shipping. The order cannot be combined or modified after checkout has been completed.
- Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions.

Return
- Defective product will be offered exchange or refund.
- Defective products must be reported 7 days after the receipt of the item and must be returned within 30 days from the date you placed your order. Before return, please email us with a description of defect and we will email back you a RMA number. Print out that email with RMA number and enclose it with the return shipment. We are not responsible for return shipping cost as In-Store Retailers won't reimburse your gas charge.
- It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product.
