By completing transactions and purchases, the buyer hereby agrees to all conditions and policies below.
Domestic Shipping: Purchases within the United States are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS as indicated. AMC is not responsible by any items lost or damaged by USPS or UPS.
International Shipping: We do provide international shipping via USPS International as indicated on each item detail. Please email for international shipping rates if you have questions. Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. Please keep in mind that any customs charges or duties due upon receipt of the item are the responsibility of the buyer. AMC cannot assume responsibility for items delayed or seized at customs or lost by USPS in transit.
Seller Guarantee: We take pride in our reputation for quick shipping and will do our best to ship all purchases in a timely manner, and usually within 3 business days after payment has been received. Please allow longer for larger items, international shipping and UPS deliveries. We will supply tracking numbers to buyers on request if they are experiencing a delay in receiving their item(s).
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt of the item. Buyer is responsible for return packaging and postage charges. Items returned must be in the original condition as received, and are eligible for refund of the purchase price or replacement item. We reserve the right to make deductions for wear and/or damage to the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. This guarantee does not apply to items designated "As-Is". There is no guarantee on any "As-Is" items. Your purchase of or bid on this item explicitly implies acceptance of the above conditions.
