All items at our store are in stock and ready to be shipped.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days via EMS to the shipping address specified on the PayPal transaction page. A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours of shipment. Shipments to countries without EMS service will be sent by Registered Air. Combined shipment is available.

All orders are marked as Merchandise with the full purchase price. We are unable to undervalue shipments or mark them as "Gift." Buyers are responsible for any import fees incurred when receiving their parcel.

PayPal payment is due immediately upon purchase.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there are any issues with your order or items. We are unable to provide support after 7 days.

No returns; all sales are final.

  A: We are continuously adding new products to our store. Unfortunately we are generally unable to accept requests, however.

  A: Photos shown in our listings are generally provided by the manufacturer. We are unfortunately unable to provide photos of the actual product. Please keep in mind that most photos used in our listings are stock photos provided by the manufacturer which may be of prototypes, and that there may be some slight differences with the final product.
 Q: Are your items authentic?
  A: Yes, all items at our store are authentic, official merchandise. We do not sell illegitimate items.
 Q: Can I offer you a lower price?
  A: Unfortunately prices are non-negotiable.
 Q: Can I buy more quantities than shown on your listing?
  A: Unfortunately only the quantity shown on the listing are currently available for purchase on eBay.
 Q: Are your items available for immediate shipment?

 Q: Will this game work on my non-Japanese system?
  A: All games at our store are for use within Japan unless noted otherwise. We cannot guarantee that they will work on non-Japanese systems. Please understand that we cannot accept returns for non-compatible items.
 Q: Can you ship by SAL?
  A: Unfortunately eBay orders can only be shipped by EMS, unless EMS service is not available to the destination country.
 Q: How will you ship my order if EMS is not available to my country?
  A: EMS service is not available to all countries. For countries without EMS service, we will ship the order via Registered Air.

 Q: Why am I being asked to pay when receiving my order?
  A: Some countries may require that recipients pay import fees to receive their parcel. These fees are levied by your government and are in no way connected to our store. Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse any customs fees customers are required to pay. Please contact your local post office for more information before purchasing.
 Q: Are these cards in Japanese or English?
  A: All items at our store are in Japanese unless specifically noted otherwise.
 Q: Will I receive all types when purchasing a box of trading figures?
  A: Trading figures are packaged according to the maker's assortment rate. Our store cannot guarantee that buyers will receive all the types with the purchase of a box, nor do we know which types are included. Please only make your purchase if you would be fine with possibly not receiving a full set. The lineup is provided only as reference.
 Q: How much is shipping if I win more than one item?
  A: Shipping costs are included in the listing price of all items. Your order total will be the addition of all listing prices.
