Chase Homestead Policy

Because we are not experts and make mistakes regarding an item you are interested in buying from us.  Before you email us:

• Read the Description Carefully
• Look at the Photographs Closely
• Read the Return Policy Closely - We adhere to it (No buyers remorse)
• All items sold are "as is" condition which is why a buyer needs to review policies before purchasing
• If it is damaged in route, contact us and we will assist you if necessary in filing a claim with insurance. Just save the box it came with and all it's packing.
• We do not reduce the item's price after purchase for any reason.
• EBay support are able to read email sent.
• If you are interested in buying an item and have questions, please ask (preferrably before buying if at all possible).
• Prices on eBay vary for many reasons and do not reflect the item's value.  Since we are selling from our collection which we purchased as collectors, our prices are based on what we paid / our investment in the item listed.
• Unreasonable offers will not be answered.
