RETURN POLICY (Items other than books and software)
We have a 14 day return policy. You can return an item for exchange (if a replacement item is available) or refund for 14 days after the item is delivered to you. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.

We do not accept returns on books or software.
BEFORE RETURNING
You must request a return authorization number BEFORE returning an item. Any item returned without this number will be refused.
We pay return shipping cost for the item. The return shipping cost refunded to you will be the same cost that we originally charged to you (not more than this). If the shipping to you was free then the return shipping cost refund will be the exact amount that we paid to the shipper to ship the item to you.
There is a 20% restocking fee if the item is returned to us not in its original condition or if it is missing parts, accessories, manuals, original packing material, or boxes
RETURNED PACKAGES
We ship all packages to the address given. If a package is returned to us as non-deliverable, refused, recipient not available, or any other reason we can reship the package to you but you will have to repay the shipping cost as originally charged. If the original shipping cost to you was FREE then you will have to pay the actual shipping cost back to you.
Damaged Shipments
