WE DO COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS. CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT PROCESS. If Ebay does not automatically combine the shipping please email us at questions@autocom.com and we will be happy to manually modify the Ebay invoice before you pay.
Washington residents add 8.5% state sales tax.
We cannot ship to P.O Boxes, please provide physical shipping address.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.
International orders, APO/FPO addresses, and Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Island addresses may take additional time for processing (normally is 3 to 5 business days). Large/Oversized items may require additional shipping charge. Please check with us for quote before purchasing.
We have the right to refuse shipping to certain countries.
We are not responsible to pay any taxes or levies that may be charged by the recipients country for the item being shipped/delivered. It is the customers responsibility to pay such fees/dues.
- We are not responsible for errors in this listing.
- WE DO NOT CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE ON RETURNED ITEMS
If pieces of item is missing, we will either schedule for a return of the item, then ship another when the item is received back, or we will forard you to the manufacturer as they can send you any missing pieces.
- We will mail you a prepaid shipping label for return of damaged/incorrectly shipped item (otherwise buyer is responsible for return shipping).
-Shipping costs are NON REFUNDABLE unless the reason for the return is due to the item being damaged or incorrectly shipped. Return information is normally sent to customer within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation of return request. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days from receipt of returned item.
- Buyer assumes all risk and is responsible to make sure the purchased item will fit their vehicle.
- Seller is not responsible if the item purchased does not fit the vehicle perfectly.
- Continental U.S. orders are normally delivered within 2 to 5 business days from date of payment.
- Some items may need minor modification for perfect fitment.
- Back order items will be shipped out within 30 days after receiving payment or a full refund will be issued back to the buyer. Discontinued items - we will immediately refund full amount if an item is no longer available and has been discontinued. If you want to insure item is in stock before bidding, please email us.
- By placing a bid, you have agreed to everything listed whether you have read it or not.
