Prior to using the manufacturer warranty we encourage you to contact us first by emailing us first at mdbattery@aol.com along with your ebay auction number, explanation of problem and return email address. Most problems can be resolved quickly and efficiently by contacting our Tech Dept toll free at 1-888-MDBATTS (ext 114).
Should you choose to send directly back to the manufacturer, we recommend that you ship your return product using a method of shipment that supplies proof of delivery to establish liability, along with your purchase receipt. We also recommend you enclose a letter indicating in detail the product defect, along with your return address for product exchange.

Product warranties are as follows:
This limited warranty starts from the date of original purchase and is offered exclusively to the original purchaser. If, during the warranty period, any part, because of manufacturing defects or workmanship fails to function properly under normal use will be repaired at no charge for parts and labor or, at our option, the product will be replaced. The following is excluded: damages from delay or loss of use of equipment, or damaged batteries, malfunctions resulting from misuse, tampering, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or accident. Package the unit and its accessories carefully using ample padding material to prevent damage in transit and ship it prepaid and insured. Acceptable forms of proof of purchase includes: original purchase receipt, copy of the canceled check (both sides) submitted for payment, or a copy of the credit card statement where the debit for purchase was taken. Warranty replacement(s) will be issued at no charge except for shipping and handling. |

In most cases we are unable to replace specific broken parts either inside or outside of the warranty period. Provide details of the problem below and we will do our best to help you.
* Warranty does not cover accidental damage. The most common indications are physical damage to the outside housing.
* Our "NoMEM" batteries are guaranteed not to have memory effect for the life of the battery, but they are not guaranteed never to wear out.
Unauthorized returns will be subject to disposal after 30 days from date of receipt. |
