INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Please ask for an invoice when you are done shopping and we will adjust your total. Here's how:
Items are separated into 3 categories:
SMALL ITEMS: Hats, Headbands, Gloves, Skull caps, Socks, SPF50 Arm Liners, Arm Warmers, Balaclavas.
MEDIUM ITEMS: Cycle-T Jerseys, Tee Shirts, Cycling Logo Baseball Caps, Musette Bags
LARGE ITEMS: Jerseys, Shorts, Bib Shorts, Tights, Leg Warmers
Shipping Options:
SINGLE ITEMS: - You will be given an option to go either First Class or Priority Mail if you are buying only one item. A small item will be $ 4.95 for First Class and $ 14.95 for Priority Mail. A medium or large item will be $ 11.95 for First Class or $ 14.95 for Priority Mail. Musette bags are the only exception, $ 5.95 for First Class and $ 14.95 for Priority Mail
MULTIPLE SMALL ITEMS: - If your items are all small, then your shipping charges are $ 4.95 for the first item and only $ 2.00 for each additional small item.
MULTIPLE ITEMS: - if you buy multiple items from either the medium or large category (or both) then your shipping charges are: $ 11.95 for the first large or medium item and $ 5.95 for each additional large or medium item or $ 2.00 for each additional small item.
Orders with 2 or more medium items and a few small items or 2 or more large items and a few small items may be sent Priority Mail, no extra charge. Orders containing more than 2 large items may need to be shipped Express Mail (depending on the country)
Insurance is automatically included with any shipping option !
Please note that all packages are shipped as "other" or "merchandise". Items are valued on the Customs form at what they are worth if we had to replace them, which is for about half of the value. - If any of this will cause a problem let us know and we will follow your instructions for customs in your country. Please note that most countries charge taxes and duties, please contact customs or the posties in your country for more details.
Most orders are shipped by the next business day, Monday through Friday. We are located in Dana Point , California, 92629. With First Class international you should receive your order anywhere from 5-7 business days, depending on how far you are from the main postal hub in your country. Priority Mail takes about 3-5 days and Express Mail takes 2-3 days. You will receive an email to the address you have registered with PayPal/eBay when the order is shipped out, later that night. If you do not receive this email it is because you are probably blocking emails with attachments or links. Check your settings or contact us for the information.
WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY TO ADDRESSES THAT ARE UNCONFIRMED BY PAYPAL !!!!
We reserve the right to charge more for shipping depending on the situation, it is impossible to try and figure out all situations for all countries.
