 | A: You can return your purchase for any reason, with the exception of items sold AS-IS.
If the item is not as described, shipping both ways will be refunded.
We mark our items for identification, please do not clean or alter them or your return will be invalidated.

 | Q: Do you combine shipping? |

 | A: Yes we combine shipping to save you money. We receive lots of requests for combined shipping costs, however in order to keep our costs down we only provide combined shipping costs to winning bidders.
We don't charge for our labour, and only charge material costs for shipping tubes and padded mailers. We use recycled materials whenever possible. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: Shipping from Canada takes longer and costs more than from the USA.
Shipments to CANADA 1 wk to 10 days by Expedited.
Shipments to the USA 2-3 weeks by Expedited.
International can take from 1-12 weeks depending on location and method of shippment. I recommend at least using Small Parcel Air or better. |
 | Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

 | A: We don't charge a shipping or handling fee, with the exception of charging cost for shipping tubes or specialised mailers. The only other time you will see a charge is for the cost of insurance.
We collect packing materials and boxes from local businesses and provide them to you for free. It saves money and the environment. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: We do ship internationally!
We have always done so, and enjoy a significant proportion of our sales from all over the world. |
 | Q: Why does it cost more to ship from Canada? |
 |
 | A: While we do have a first class postal sytem our country is very large and our population is relatively spaced out. We used Canada Post as it offers the most cost effective and reliable method of shipping.
One factor increasing cost is Paypal's policy of requiring tracking so that we are covered under thier coverage policy. A reasonable expection. |
 | Q: Why does it take longer to ship from your location? |

 | A: In spite of our living within an hours drive of the US border, and being in the middle of the country, our international shipments travel aprox. 800 miles to reach an International Sortation Plant before leaving the country. We typically ship within 3 of our business days, however it is out of our control once it leaves our hands. |
 | Q: How does feedback work for you? |

 | A: According to eBay the new feedback is to improve the sytem for buyers.
Please rate me by how long it takes to ship your item (not what Canada Post does) and by what I charge on top of my cost for shipping fees (Free!).
I ship within 3 business days and don't charge for labour or materials when using recycled.

 | A: The score varies but on average less than 4.8 stars leads to a loss of Powerseller Rating, reduced search engine standing, a loss of fee discounts, and other reduced services.
While buyers are suppose to rate me by the time it takes me to ship, and if I am reasonable in my shipping cost, often we fair poorly by comparison to US costs |
