Do you combine items ?
Yes we always combine items for a reduced overall shipping amount. When multiple items are purchased we will send a combined invoice.
When will you ship my order ?
We try to ship all orders within 3 business days after the receipt of payment. Sometimes this is not possible however, and in that case we will notify you of any delay
How can i be sure that the item will be as advertised
I have been selling on Ebay since 2002 and have received over 20000 feedbacks my policy is that i will never sell anything which i wouldn't buy myself. Your satisfaction is more important than your money.
When will i receive my order ?
Shipping to the United States usually takes between 7-10 day's however on occasion it can take up to two weeks, it just depends on the volume of goods being processed at the border. International shipments take longer.
How can i pay for my purchase
Pay Pal is the preferred method of payment for all purchases as it provides a safe and secure method of credit card payment online. We also accept direct payment by Visa, Mastercard and Amex payment can be arranged by phone 604-947-0060 But please remember we are in the Pacific time zone.
How was my order shipped ?
We always use Canada Post for shipping, orders 1KG and under are shipped as small packets which is a more cost effective method however there is no tracking number assigned. Orders over 1KG are shipped as an expedited parcel which provides a delivery notification number and insurance up to $1000.00
UPS is used for all heavy or large orders.
How can i track my order ?
On smaller orders weighing under 1KG it is not possible to track them as they are sent regular mail as a small packet. For orders over 1KG they can be tracked at Canada Post's website (sometimes an item won't show up on the tracking system until it is actually delivered), this is because Canada Post uses a delivery confirmation system rather than a tracking system. For very heavy orders or special items they can be tracked at UPS'S web site.
Do you allow for local pickup ?
It is not possible to allow for local pickup as we are located on an island off the coast of British Columbia
Are there any duties and taxes to pay when buying something from Canada and shipping them into the US
Normally there are no extra charges due when you receive your order, however if you are concerned you can check with your local customs office.

My name is Dave Bristow, i have been directly involved in the marine industry for over 40 years i have extensive product knowledge of most of the hardware and equipment which is commonly used in the marine profession.
Where do you get your products ?
I get all of my products from local distributors, we have arrangements with them which allows us access to over 150,000 different items. Most items are items which the suppliers are "heavy" on, or we have arranged a special price with them on that particular item.
