Our Goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. You may return any purchase (except parts and accessories)* to us for any reason, for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Claims for missing items, items damaged in transit or items deemed defective on arrival must be sent to us within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise via en email through eBay to customer service.
Prior to issuing a return authorization number (RMA) for defective items our customer service representatives may proceed with troubleshooting the item by phone or email. Any item returned as defective may be tested by our technicians prior to refunding to confirm it is defective.
Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part.
Please allow 7-10 days after the return has been received for an applicable credit to be issued.
How to return or exchange an item:
- In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- To request an RMA please email us through the eBay messaging.
- Place the original package into a shipping carton and include all accessories and manuals (and DVD’s when applicable).
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
- We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
