Shipping
Order processing takes up to 2 business days, at which point your lighting fixture will be checked to ensure nothing is missing, carefully packed and shipped.
Free Shipping or Shipping charges indicated at the top are for Contiguous US and Canada only. Please contact us for a quote, for shipping to other locations. All shipments are insured. If there is visible damage to the box, please make sure it's noted with the courier and send us an email notification. In rare instance that there is no visible damage on the outside box, but the insides are damaged, please notify us within 3 business days, so that we can file a claim with the courier on your behalf and get you replacement parts or fixture as soon as possible.
Shipping time to most major urban areas in the US and Canada is 5-7 business days.

Payment
We accept PayPal payments and ship to PayPal confirmed addresses only. Please make sure your address is confirmed with PayPal before sending the payment in.
Your payment is expected within 2 business days of purchase. Bidders not completing their purchase within 7 business days from purchase will be reported to eBay and the item will be relisted.

Standard Return Policy
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review our return policy:
Please inspect shipments upon receipt. Many products are fragile and may sustain damage during transit. If the merchandise has been damaged during shipment, be sure to notify us no later than 3 business days upon receiving your order for replacement parts. Customers have 14 days upon receiving an unassembled and uninstalled merchandise to initiate a return.
Returns must be received by Brizzo Lighting within 14 business days from issuing RMA, at which point the RMA will expire and delivery of your return will be refused. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an RMA number issued by Brizzo Lighting in writing.
Store credit will be issued as following to recover our expenses on processing, packing, shipping, customs duties, etc.
Unopened and Undamaged merchandise - Purchase Price of product less original freight and prepaid duty (where applicable). Customer will be responsible for insured return shipping.
Opened unassembled merchandise - Purchase Price of product less 20% restocking fee, original freight and prepaid duty (where applicable). Customer will be responsible for insured return shipping.
Previously assembled or partially assembled merchandise - Not eligible for return/exchange.
Damaged in Transit - If you decide to return product(s) damaged in transit with no replacement, Store Credit will be issued as soon as the claim is processed by the carrier. Store Credit will be based on Purchase Price of product less 20% restocking fee, original freight and prepaid duty (where applicable). Customer will be responsible for insured return shipping.
Bulbs & Accessories - Not eligible for return/exchange.
All returns will be inspected upon arrival and customer will be responsible for any missing parts or any damage in transit. All returns must be carefully packed by the customer before shipping into original packing material and box.
All returns are issued as store credit only. Brizzo Lighting will not be held accountable for any additional fees a customer might incur during a transaction, such as brokerage/customs fees, taxes, duties, electrician reschedule fees, legal fees or back-charge fees due to wrongful disputes or any other fees.

Return Policy for Special Orders:
Any order containing a discount of any kind, including a promotional sale, discount, coupon, etc. will be considered FINAL SALE.
Sale, discounted, closeout, custom-made or modified items are also considered FINAL SALE and under no circumstance can be returned for store credit.
Replacement and/or spare parts purchased (including crystal prisms) are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
Bulbs and accessories are not eligible for returns/exchanges

Freight Damage:
Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Many of our products are fragile and may sustain damage during shipping, even if the carton appears to be in good condition. If the merchandise has been damaged during shipment, be sure to notify us no later than 3 business days upon receiving the item, allowing proper time to file a claim through the carrier. A claim will be filed with the carrier to credit your account for the damaged fixture(s), which we will replace at no cost. If the damaged product is repairable with replacement parts, these parts will be shipped to you at no cost.
Brizzo Lighting will not be responsible for expedited shipping of any replacement parts or products.
If you would like to return the damaged product with no replacement, the return will be subject to our standard return policy.
