Easy to Make with our Pre-Cut Flannel Squares
**Make a couple of dozen, tie with a ribbon and attach a baby wash recipe for a nice gift**
Reusable cloth baby wipes are an alternative for disposable diaper wipes, eco-friendly, saves money, and great for babies who may be sensitive to the chemicals found in disposable wipes. Just apply a homemade cleaning solution* to the cloth wipe with a spray or squirt bottle and use, wash & re-use!!
*Here is a basic Baby Wipe Cleaning Solution:
2 cups water
½ cup baby oil
½ cup baby wash
Mix together and store in a spray or squirt bottle.
You can also find additional baby wash recipes on the Internet by doing a “Baby Wash Recipe” search to find one that suits your needs. There are lots to choose from! ~*~
Instructions to Make Flannel Baby Wipes
1. Stack two 6.5” flannel squares wrong sides together.
2. Using a round object (such as a large spool of thread) trace a rounded edge on each corner and trim off excess.
3. Using a serger sewing machine (or a tight zig zag stitch on a regular sewing machine) serge around entire outside edge.
4. Wash wipes prior to first use.
