What payment types do you accept?

For speed and simplicity we only accept payment through PayPal for ebay orders.

Is this product new or refurbished?

The condition of the item is clearly stated in the listing details and can be found just below the title on the view item page.


Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately not, this is due to health & safety, it is not possible to collect your order.

How long will it take to process my order?

Once you have successfully placed your order and your payment has been authorized, we will arrange the delivery of your order.

We will keep you informed of your order process by email.

Where possible we post items on the day of purchase. We will always post within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment.

Who will deliver my goods?

Delivery will be made by Royal Mail, DPD or an alternative specified third party carrier. DPD deliveries MUST be signed for and some items require you to be present upon delivery, please see item description for details.

How much will it cost and how quickly will my order be delivered?>/p>

Delivery on all orders is absolutely free. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden extras.

Our Free Delivery service means you will receive your order within 5 working days. Orders are generally received sooner than this.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

At present we only ship items within the UK. Purchases requiring delivery to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight should contact us before ordering as locations outside the UK mainland are subject to an increased delivery cost - free delivery only applies to the UK mainland.

Please select the delivery option which relates to your location when placing your order to avoid unnecessary delays in despatch.

Please note: we are currently unable to ship to the Channel Islands. We currently do not ship to countries outside the UK.

Do you ship to Northern Ireland?

Yes, We are able to ship to Northern Ireland without any additional charge, delivery of your order may take longer, though we will make every effort to deliver your order as soon as is possible.

Do you ship to Southern Ireland?

Unfortunately not, due to VAT issues and increased cost we are not able to ship goods to Guernsey, Jersey or the Irish Republic.

Can you ship to a PO Box / BFPO address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery to either PO Box or BFPO addresses.

I live in the Channel Islands, can you supply me?

What if I change my mind?

Under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), most items can be returned by consumers for a full refund or exchange providing you notify us of your wish to cancel your order and return the item or items within seven days of receiving them.

All items must be in an as new condition and in the original packaging. The packaging must not have been damaged or altered by the customer and all items must be unused with all seals/shrink wrap intact.

Any items that were specifically ordered for the customer, or altered or customized to the customer's specification cannot be returned. These and any other purchases that do not fall within the Distance Selling Regulations normally can not be returned, however if we are able to accept return of these items there may be an admin fee of 25% of the item value (min charge of £25 ex VAT). When returning goods, please use a signed-for or registered service for your own safety. If an item is deemed faulty or if an incorrect item has been sent a collection please contact us before returning your item.

How long do I have to return my product?

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order. Please email to request a returns number prior to returning the item.

What if my item is faulty?

If your product is faulty when you receive it, or develops a fault within 7 working days of delivery, we will either replace or refund your order once the return has been processed and the items have been returned to us. If your product develops a fault after 7 working days, it will be processed as per the specific manufacturer's warranty and returns policy.
