I want everyone to be happy with there purchases that's why we have a satisfaction guaranteed or your money back policy. If for any reason you are not happy with anything in your order or even the whole order contact me and let me know the problem. If it can't be resolved I will allow you to return it for a refund (sorry but shipping is nonrefundable).
SHIPPING will be sent by United States Postal Service. Orders up to and including 13 ounces will be sent first class. All orders 14 ounces and up will be sent priority, parcel or flat rate, depending on what is the cheapest, safest and best way to send your order. I send orders out within hours of payment unless it is a weekend or holiday (most orders are shipped the same day they pay). I live 1/2 mile from my local post office and take pride in my fast shipping.
FEEDBACK will only be left when received (due to lack of return feedback) it is a way I know your order arrived safe and you are happy. Once you receive your order if there is no problem with it you should leave positive feedback. If for some reason there is a problem with your order PLEASE contact me so we can fix it before you leave negative or neutral feedback. If for some reason we can't resolve the problem with your order you are always welcome to return it for a refund (shipping is nonrefundable).
