Q: Does this unit come with a power or cable? (For single camera)
A: The single camera does not come with a power and cable. However, we do have compatible cables and power supplies for sale. Please feel free to check out our eBay store for more details.

Q: The focus on my camera is going out, how do I refocus it?
A: Most of the cameras we carry have a locking screw on the focus adjust area of the lens. Take apart the camera carefully and near the lens there should be a set screw. Loosen the screw and adjust the focus of the lens by turning the lens left and right. Once you get the focus right, tighten the screw back down.

Q: I cannot get a clear video at night?
A: Usually that means there is a power issue. The insufficient power supply may cause the problem. Please change a power source and have a try.

Installation Guide

Q: How to install PTZ Camera?

1. Connect your PTZ camera's video and power connections. Run an 18-gauge Power Wire for the RS-485 (Control Wire) and connect it to the DVR and the Camera using the following guide.
   
2. Unscrew the lid of the camera and find the Dipswitch Panel. Use a small screwdriver or pencil to set the correct Dips.
   
   Unscrew bottom panel of the camera and find the Dipswitch. Use a small screwdriver or pencil to set the correct Dips.
   
3. Make sure the first PTZ camera's Dip Switch is set with the following information:
    
    
    
    
4. Setup your DVRs PTZ Settings with the same setup on the Dip Switches. (Example is of the 9000 Series DVRs. Menu is located under Main Menu -> Devices -> PTZ)
   
5. You should now be able to control the PTZ function using the DVR, Internet Explorer, and Software Interfaces.
   

Q: How to install IP Camera?
    Model: CM-I12316GY

1. Connect Camera Cable to Router using an Ethernet Cable (cat5).
   
2. Insert the CD-Rom into your Computer and let it Auto-Load.
   
3. Select "Run IPCamera.exe"
   
4. Select IP Camera Finder.
   
5. If your settings are the same under "Current Computer," You should be able to connect using the "Inner Access" web address.
   
6. Open Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Google Chrome and connect to the following address:
   
7. Enter a Username of admin and click "Ok."
   
8. Select the option depending on your browser.
   
9. Watch your Cameras Live.
