Dear customers,
As stated in our listings, your order will be shipped out within 3 working days upon receiving of your full payment and it normally takes about 3 weeks for delivery.
We are recently informed by the Hongkong Post that due to the sudden increase in demand for mail service, there is a significant two weeks further delay in processing of outbound air mail items.
Since the Hongkong Post may not use first in first out policy to clear up the existing mails, therefore a situation where the latter shopping could possibly arrive faster than your earlier shopping may occur.
We noticed that a few batches of our delivery was affected. However, some of our customers has already told us that they began to receive their orders gradually.
We thank you for your patience in advance and apologise for any inconveneince caused.
