  • RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return/exchange/credit policy on all of our products (except food products & supply items). If you are unclear on anything, please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification at info@concessionobsession.com

Please make note:

- All sales are final. Products are covered by factory warranty, and the factory warranty procedures must be followed. We do not accept returns if you changed your mind, or ordered the wrong item (but can facilitate an exchange based on the terms below).

- thoroughly inspect item once you have received it from the carrier. Do not accept damaged items from the carrier, otherwise the liability passes to buyer and it is difficult to open a claim later.

- If item is defective, you must contact the factory to have their tech department troubleshoot the item and factory will repair or replace item. Factory will determine if item can be fixed or needs to be replaced. If it is going to be replaced, factory must first provide a RMA# (Return Authorization Number) and proper return address for faulty item. Item will need to be returned with a tracking number, and fully insured. Buyer pays return shipping costs.

- No refunds on shipping costs. Even on free shipping lisitings, the actual freight paid to get item to you will be deducted from refund.

- All non defective returns will have a restock fee of 15-25%, depending on manufacturer (fee varies from various factories, it is an expensive process to receive, inspect, and ready a returned item for resale). Manufacturer will typically waive the restock fee if you are replacing the item with equal value or great item. Item must be new, unopened, unused, in original factory sealed carton. factory must first provide a RMA# (Return Authorization Number) and proper return address for item. Item will need to be returned with a tracking number, and fully insured. Buyer pays return shipping costs. Items returned without a authorization, an RMA# or to the incorrect return address (varies), will delay and reduce refund accordingly as per additional fees incurred on our end.

- It is the customer's responsibility to give accurate and deliverable shipping address information. UPS and FedEx make three delivery attempts before returning a package to the sender, and it is the customer's responsibility to be present and available to receive the package. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and return shipping charges on any returned, refused, or undeliverable merchandise.

- When purchasing items, it is up to the buyer to read and understand our return policies. A purchase reflects buyer acknowledges and accepts said terms. We work hard for our customers, and have maintained a top rating for good reason. We will go the extra mile for you, but understand feedback extortion is highly frowned upon, and not tolerated by ebay (you can find ebays policy regarding this in their customer support page) or Concession Obsession and will be reported.
