About Us:
CSI Surplus is an Asset Recovery Group. We sell a wide variety of items that we recover from either our scrap metal division, demolition division or equipment auctions. The items that we provide are in new or used condition. Sometimes when we receive new items, they are delivered in a manner that damages the product box. All items are checked for damage prior to listing. Even though these items are listed as "New in Box" please be aware that the box itself could be in poor condition. We try to include a photo of the box with the item in each listing.

Auction Policies:
Payments:
· You can pay by credit or debit card using Paypal without having an account. If you are having trouble paying with Paypal you can call us at 1-800-542-7000.
· If you are combining an order, please do not pay until we have sent you a combined invoice to insure that you are being charged correctly.
· A phone number is required for international shipments; please provide this with your payment.
Flat Rate boxes:
· We do not ship merchandise in flat rate boxes, as they are too flimsy and too small for the majority of our products.
Tracking Number:
· You will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped. You will also be provided with a link containing your tracking number so you can monitor your orders shipping status.
Local Pickup:
· Local Pick-up: We offer local pickup from our location in Roanoke, Virginia, Monday through Friday from 8am - 2pm.
Returns:
· You have 7 days to report any damaged items, discrepancies or DOA products. In many instances the problem can be resolved without returning the item.
· Our return policy is simple; if we made a mistake we will refund the original cost and return shipping.
· If there is no mistake on our part, the return may be subject to a restocking fee to recover any eBay fees associated with the sale.
