Buyer Instructions and FAQ's
- Shipping:

We combine shipping!! Have a look at our store and let us know when you are finished shopping.

- Please note, that for combined shipping, the item with the highest shipping cost is used as the base shipping price. We will accommodate all combined item purchases and strive to get you the cheapest shipping possible on items purchased within ten days of the first purchase. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns.
- If you are purchasing several items from us, please be sure to request your correct shipping total from us BEFORE you pay. Incorrect shipping calculations could end up costing you more money in the long run (please see below)
- If you want to estimate your shipping for yourself, we can offer a few suggestions as to how we calculate our combined shipping:
- For most of our scrapbook items, base shipping is based upon the most expensive item.
[which will usually be either $2.00 or $2.25 for US and $1.50 or $1.75 for Canada]
- Then for each additional item, we usually charge an extra $0.25.
[this rule can be applied for items that fall within the same shipping category as mentioned above]
- Exceptions to this policy extend to additional purchases of Scrapbook paper and/or Ribbon.
In those instances the extra charge is usually only $0.10 per additional page or yard of the SAME type. When you switch to a different type of paper or ribbon, the fee is $0.25.
- Other exceptions extend to purchases that include several 'large' items.
- Buyer pays for all (actual) shipping and handling. We use Canada Post for shipping unless buyer desires another method.

- We ship within 72 hours of receiving payment. Please allow at least 10 business days for items to arrive. We will be happy to address any concerns after this time has elapsed.
- Payment:
- PayPal and International Money Orders are happily accepted.
- If a money order is received that is non-negotiable in Canada, the Incorrect Shipping and Handling Payment Policy below will apply. We will also send your invalid payment back to you in your shipment. The GREEN USPS money orders specifically state that they are NOT negotiable outside of the USA. Please do not send these!
- When sending money orders, please be sure to include your User ID and address.
- Return Policy: Full refund available on unopened items. Shipping costs and a $1.00 processing fee are witheld from refund.
- Insurance (optional): $0.50 [If insurance is not selected we cannot be held responsible for lost mail or damaged goods - sorry!]
- All prices quoted above are in US funds.
- Canadian and BC residents must pay applicable taxes.
- Feedback:
- If there is a problem with your item, please email us before leaving feedback. We are always willing to compromise a solution to any problem that may arise.
- Our Feedback system is automated. It will leave positive feedback once feedback has been received from you.
Incorrect Shipping and Handling Payment Policy:
- Incorrect shipping and handling payments will be sent an email indicating this incorrect payment.
- We will also refund the incorrect payment if it was made via PayPal. A message indicating why we are refunding will be included in this refund.
- The email we send out indicates to the buyer to make another (correct) payment. When the correct payment has been received, we will send your item.
- If no payment is received within a few days, a payment not received report will be filed with eBay.
