General
What currency are your prices listed in?
- All prices are listed and shown in Canadian
Dollars.
What forms of payment do you accept?
- Canadian Computer accepts the following payment
methods via PayPal's secure checkout;
PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Bank Transfer.
We also accept the following "optional"
payment methods for your convenience;
Certified Cheque or Bank Draft
Money Order
*Please note that when using these "optional"
payment methods, conditions which apply will appear at checkout.
Why do you use PayPal to process payments?
- PayPal is a safe and secure way of transmitting
a payment without the worry of someone intercepting your information.
I do not have a PayPal account. Can I still pay by
Credit Card?
- Yes! You do not need a PayPal account to pay
with your Credit Card. However, payments will be processed via PayPal through
their secure servers.
I see a link to eBay. Do you have items listed there which are
available to purchase?
- Yes. We do have items listed on eBay.ca for
customers who prefer to shop on that site.
How can I view the status of my order?
- Go to the Customer Service, Account Information
page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status
you wish to view.
Shipping
What shipping carrier do you use?
- Canadian Computer ships with UPS.
How much do you charge for shipping?
- Shipping charges are based upon pricing
information by UPS and are calculated on the total weight and dimensions of the
item(s) being shipped as well as the “ship to” address. Final shipping costs
will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order.
How long does it take for shipping?
- Shipping
times vary based upon the shipping service selected and the distance from our
warehouse to the "ship to" address. Generally, shipping transit time will take
approximately;
1 to 5 days to addresses in Canada
3 to 7 days to addresses in the United States
3 to 10 days to addresses Overseas
Do you ship to overseas addresses?
- Yes! We ship to international address, as long
as UPS delivers to that respected country.
How can I track my order?
- To track your order, please visit the ups.com
website and click “track a package”. Once that field opens online, simply enter
the order reference number or tracking number provided on your order
confirmation.
Sales Tax and Fees
Do you charge Sales Tax?
- In accordance with the guidelines of the
Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA), all orders are subject to sales tax and will be
charged accordingly to the “ship to” addressee’s respected Province.
International orders to the United States and Overseas are not subject to tax. |
