Payment Methods Accepted:
Canadian Computer accepts the following payment methods via PayPal's secure
checkout;
PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Bank Transfer.
We also accept the following "optional" payment methods for your convenience;
Certified Cheque or Bank Draft
Money Order
*Please note that when using these "optional" payment methods, conditions which
apply will appear at checkout.
Shipping and Handling
We use UPS as our shipping carrier of choice. Once your order has been processed
and payment has cleared, we will begin to pack and ship your order. All orders
shipped with UPS come with tracking numbers so that you may view the progress of
your purchase from our warehouse to you.
Shipping times vary based upon the shipping service selected and the distance
from our warehouse to the "ship to" address. Generally, shipping transit time
will take approximately;
1 to 5 days to addresses in Canada
3 to 7 days to addresses in the United States
3 to 10 days to addresses Overseas
Hassle-Free Returns Policy:
Canadian Computer guarantees 100% customer
satisfaction, and our 30 day “Hassle-Free” return policy makes your life easier!
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return the merchandise
for a prompt refund or exchange.
*Some exceptions apply to special ordered items
and software. See "exceptions" detailed below.
It’s easy to get the process started, just follow
these easy steps;
- Click the email address

which will open your email client.
- In the email subject, type your order number
followed by the word “return”.
- In the email body, include your name, telephone
number, and the name of the merchandise.
- Click send.
You will receive a reply email with detailed
instructions on how to return your purchase to us. We strongly recommend using a
shipping carrier that offers services that are trackable and insurance if the
merchandise was expensive.
Once we receive your item(s) in our warehouse,
your credit card or PayPal account will be refunded for the price of your items
but not the cost of your original shipping.
If you have passed the return period (30 days) and
find that your item(s) become defective, please contact the manufacturer
directly for their warranty policy.
Exchange Policy:
If you find that you have a need to exchange an
item within the 30 day return period, the process is almost the same as returns.
Just follow these easy steps;

which will open your email client.
- In the email subject, type your order number
followed by the word “exchange”.
- In the email body, include your name, telephone
number, and the name of the merchandise.
- Click send.
We will contact you back with stock availability
or options if we don't have it available.
If we can accommodate your exchange then we'll
have you return your item(s) to us via the same manner as our Hassle-Free
Returns Policy and ship back your new item at no additional cost except if the
item is deemed oversized or overweight.
Exceptions to Return and Exchange Policy:
As we’ve stated above in our “Hassle-Free” return
policy, we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. All items purchased from us are
covered under this policy with the following exceptions;
- Software can be returned or exchange within 14 days and must be unopened and
in their original packaging. Exceptions made for software that is defective.
- Special Ordered can be returned within 14 days if the item(s) are defective.
- Custom Built Systems are not covered by our "Hassle-Free" Returns Policy but
do come with a 1 year warranty which covers defective parts.
*We reserve the right to reject a return request
from anyone if we feel our name or products have been misrepresented in any way,
that the item was damaged by misuse or neglect, or if the return or exchange
instructions set forth in the email were not followed.
Privacy Policy:
Canadian Computer is committed to protecting your
privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a
third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect
to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll
find valuable.
