SHIPPING METHOD: Shipping from Canada is much higher than that of USPS. We charge the actual shipping expenses and sometimes even subsidize shipping costs. We don’t add any additional charges. All Items are shipped through Canada Post. Mail slot sized items (less than 20mm and 100g) are sent air mail. Items larger then mail slot size (Over 20mm) are sent ground mail. All items sent overseas will be sent by air mail. Expedited service, which includes tracking and insurance, is available upon request and we would suggest emailing us (prior to purchase) to confirm the cost.

SHIPPING TIME: We are off the west coast of Canada on Vancouver Island. Please consider that ferry delivery off the island adds 1 ~ 2 days to the shipping time. West coast average: 3 - 5 days. East coast average: Up to 2 weeks. Overseas: 2 weeks to 2 months
