The shipping/tracking experience was a bit strange, as some others noted, but it's most likely their outgoing USPS hub in that area causing those issues. Chose the free shipping option. Purchased on FEB 27th. ETA was MAR 1st, but arrived on the 5th. Overall, a pleasant and easy transaction. Thx, will definitely check this seller's store again when I need another phone in the future. Highly recommended!

The phone is great. I paid for 1 day Express shipping however the USPS botched that up and I got the phone 4 days later. I was more than willing to pay for regular snail mail postage but the seller refunded the entire shipping. The shipping delay was no fault of the seller because the shipping on the package was indeed for 1 day express. I would not hesitate to buy again from this seller. Thank you for making it right with my purchase.
