When will my
subscription begin?
Once your order has been processed,
the next scheduled issue will be mailed. The publishers ask that you
initially allow 6 to 12 weeks for magazine delivery. This is the
standard industry lead time. Renewal, if you ordered not later than 2
months before the expirarion, will be added to the existing
subscription. For international delivery, on the average,
monthly publications should be expected in 10-12 weeks, bi-monthly
publications in 12-14 weeks, quarterly publications in 12-16
weeks. Should you not receive your first copy within these time
frames, may we request for an email so we could look into it. If
these time frames do not meet your requirements or expectations, may
we request that you defer purchasing or if you already have, request
for a cancellation.
Where do I report a change of address?
Addresses could be changed by directly logging
into your account at the magazine's website or just send
us an email and it will be our pleasure to have it updated. It is
recommended that the change be done 2 months at the latest before the
actual transfer. This is to ensure that you will receive your
subscriptions without interruption.
What if I miss an issue?
This could be reported over at the magazine's
website. If it would be more convenient for you, just send us an
email and we will take care of it.
Do you deliver to APO addresses and other countries?
We are able to send magazine subscriptions
to APO/FPO addresses and other destinations outside the U.S.
Can I order more than a one year subscription?
Some magazines have the option of subscribing to
more than one term (one year). Please
inquire.
