Ordered on Jan 15th. It showed as the shipping label gad been made, but the shipper hadn't received it yet. After a week, I asked about it and I was told what every other seller that messed up told me "it was dropped off, but it is delayed by Holiday rush", but when I started asking with ebay, it suddenly was shipped !?!? I don't know what it is with Chinese items being sold in the US, but customer service is non existent.

I am sorry for the inconveniences. USPS had a major break down due to the weather issue in Houston (this was on the news). We tried to call them everyday but that wasn't helping. Our mailman had told us their station was full of delayed packages at the time. Again, I'm sorry about the late delivery, but there truly isn't anything we as a seller can do to make any changes after paying them for the priority shipping and deliver the package to their station on the SAME DAY after the order came in.
