Any shipments inside the continental US will be shipped via FEDEX. We MUST have a physical address for FEDEX to deliver to. Furnishing a PO Box for delivery will delay delivery and incur an additional charge of $5 from Fedex to route the PO Box to your address.
Any shipments going out of the continental US will be assessed an additional $20 customs paperwork handeling fee. Most all items will be shipped internationall via USPS airmail. We DO NOT offer USPS Economy shipping. If you would like your package shipped via a different carrier, please let us know when responding to the Winning Bidder Notiication so we can get an accurate freight quotation.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We are now accepting PAYPAL for all auction payments. You will receive a winning bidder notification from Ebay with payment details at the end of the auction. We also accept personal checks, money orders or credit cards via telephone. The address for payments being mailed will be listed on the winning bidder notification. Feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding the item before the auction closes.

We do combine shipping on multiple purchases. Please wait until you have all your bids complete and request a combined total thru ebay and we will send you an invoice with the combined total amount due.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees assessed by your Countries government.
Insurance is required for delivery. It is $1.50 per package. It is shown with the shipping information.
Merchandise Damages or Shortages:
Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon arrival. Be sure you have received the parts you ordered and that they are free of any manufacturing defects. In the event there is a problem, please call us immediately.
Although we do everything in our power to ensure that you will receive your order in good condition, damage can sometimes occur in transit. If your order should arrive damaged, please report the damaged goods within 7 days of receipt to the freight carrier and to us. Keep all original cartons and packing for claims inspection. This will be the first thing the freight carrier will want to see. If you have questions, please call us immediately.
Merchandise Return:Returns are accepted within 30 days of invoice date only if the parts are not damaged, modified, painted or scarred. If the part is defective or we goofed the order; we pay shipping both ways and expedite the exchange at our expense. You MUST write or call first as we do not accept parts without a return authorization (RA) number on the outside of the box. A copy of your invoice and a letter of explanation must also accompany the return.
All pre-approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. After six months a 50% restocking fee will be applied. For no reason will merchandise be accepted after one year.
All returned items must be prepaid. C.O.D. returns will NOT be accepted. There are NO returns on special order or altered items.
