Worldwide Shipments
Yes, we will ship anywhere in the world!! For each item in our store, we have provided shipping costs within Canada, to the USA and to International Destinations via Canada Post. Shipments within Canada take approximately 4 days or less. Shipments to the USA and International destinations take approximately 7 days or less. (Please note: occasionally, USA and International shipments are stopped at customs in the country of destination which can delay delivery to you for approximately 2 days.).
We have worked hard to ensure that we have offered the fastest and least expensive options for shipping to our customers, however, if you wish to receive your item(s) faster or if you wish to combine multiple items in one shipment, we are pleased to research alternative shipping options and rates for you. Simply email us at info@commonwealthinc.ca with your request.
Please note: Often shipping charges can be reduced when we ship multiple items in two or more shipping packages – therefore, please do not be surprised if for multiple item orders, we propose to ship your order in two or more packages which will likely arrive at different times/days. Shipping costs are determined by weight and dimensions, we have figured out the least expensive options for our customers and will often ship items in multiple packages to ensure you receive the fastest and least expensive shipping options. We will never ship in multiple packages without first receiving your approval.
We provide customs declaration with the appropriate worldwide tariff code with every USA and International shipment, this speeds up customs paperwork and in most cases ensures a smooth transaction and quick delivery to you. In addition, although we indicate on all of our paperwork and sales information that the buyer is responsible for any customs brokerage charges and duty and taxes, typically order values are small enough that these extra charges do not apply.
Payment
In an effort to ensure that both Commonwealth and our customers are protected, we only offer payment through PAYPAL. If you pay instantly through Paypal, we will not invoice you. If you do not pay instantly, we will invoice you within two days of receiving your order. We will ship your item and leave feedback within two business days of receiving your payment through PAYPAL. Please note: If you have ordered multiple items, please do not pay instantly as we can often combine your items and invoice you for shipping charges at a lower price.
Taxes – Canadian Buyers
For our Canadian buyers – please note that we have included any applicable GST, HST, and or PST in the price of the product, therefore, there is no extra charge for these taxes. (We are able to save on the cost of preparing Canadian shipments versus USA and International Shipments as there is much less paperwork to complete and are therefore able to include taxes in our Canadian buyer’s prices.)
