- 10 day return policy for defective products (except when auction is sold as is).All returned items MUST be in original condition, packaging, sealed, unused. Open boxes can be exchanged, ONLY.
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location
- You MUST contact us and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise to us. NO returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges as we don't get this money, carrier does
- We will be responsible for shipment of a new product back to the buyer for an exchange
- Refund will be processed within 10 business days through PayPal upon arrival of merchandise
- All unauthorized, no reason, etc. returns are subject to 15% restocking fee
