What is Consignment Mama's exchange/return policy?
We are 100% committed to satisfying our customer's needs and we will go out of our way to resolve any issues you may have with our products. In the unlikely event that your product is defective, simply return the item within 7 days from the date of receipt for a full refund/exchange.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of product delivery for a different size or color. Customers are responsible for return shipping and are welcome to include a postage paid label inside their exchange package.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

In order to return new items for exchange, the items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All tags and package wrapping included in the original shipment must be returned with the goods in condition fit for resale. If you have used the item in anyway it is no longer new and it is not returnable. 

Exchange and Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping it back to us and use a method that provides deliver confirmation and tracking.

What is Consignent Mama's Sales Tax Policy?

 At this time, Consignment Mamas is required to collect sales tax on all purchases shipped to addresses within California. The sales tax rate for all California residents is 8.25%


How do I check the status of my order?

 Email us for your tracking number upon shipment of your order. This tracking number allows you to track the location of your shipment 24 hours a day. PLEASE NOTE: tracking numbers and order status updates will not be active until after 10pm PST on the day your product ships.

Is my order insured against damage/loss?
In the unlikely event the package is lost or damaged and it was insured, contact HipHomeschoolMama.com immediately and we will have a customer service agent track your package and assist in filing claims. If you experience any problems, please contact us via
