Q: How do I take care of my wig?
A: Costume wigs arrive packed either in a bubble mailing envelope or a box(for prestyled ones). They are sometimes matted, and need to be brushed or slightly restyled before they can be used. . You need to use an extremely wide-tooth comb or wig brush to brush them. For pre-styled ones,we don't suggest you using comb/brush. Pls gently use hands to re-styled them with a little bit hair gel. The best way to keep your wig in the original shape is to put the wig on a mannequin head after you take it out from the mailing box. You can buy a cheap foam mannequin head for under $5 in the market.
Q: Why are your cosplay costumes and wigs more expensive than most Halloween costumes and wigs?
A: Because we only choose the best quality material and every costume and cosplay wig are handmade by our professional tailors and professional hairstylists.
Q: What is combined shipping rate?
A:1. For cosplay costumes, the shipping cost for each additional item will be deducted $15.

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: All our cosplay products are inspected carefully before shipping. Cosplay costumes are usually not returnable. We accept exchanges within 7 days only under certain circumstances(Such as defective merchandise;incorrect shipments) . Shipping costs are not refundable and 25% restock fees are applied to calculate exchange value.
Q: If I am not satisfied with the costume, what should I do?
