Q. Do you make Stickers?
A. No, we only Re-sell what is listed. Therefore, the listed stickers do NOT come in any other size or color.
Q. Can you paint a _________?
A. Yes. Send the picture you want copied to custompaintedsigns at rocketmail dot com.
If you don’t have a picture, please describe as clearly as possible what you have in mind.
Q. Can you paint it on __________?
A. Most Probably! Look at the left Sidebar in our store for the categories, and see if that type of item is in our listings. Then use the Buy It Now button on the listing of your choice.
Q. Why do you Paint your Signs on Aluminum?
A. We paint our signs on Baked-on Aluminum because the surface is already prepared, which cuts down on the customer’s cost and wait time, and it’s readily available for us here. Plus we like the way the signs look esthetically, and they won’t rust or rot, are lightweight and easy to install. “Baked-on” refers to the finish: at the factory where the aluminum is rolled into sheets, white enamel paint is sprayed onto the surface of the raw metal, then baked on at a high temp for permanency.
Q. Will you paint a portrait of my _______?
A. No. This is the only exception. We’ll paint anything except that, for reasons we won’t go into.
There are places that can digitize your photo onto license plates and other objects, so look for a business like that.
Q. Why do I have to Pay in Advance?
A. Because this is Custom work. Only YOU want what YOU want.
Q. What are my Payment Options?
A. We prefer Paypal: you can use your Credit or Debit card through Paypal. We also accept Money Orders. NO PERSONAL OR CASHIER’S CHECKS.
Q. Can I mail you a [certain object] to be Painted on?
A. Yes. The address is CustomPaintedSigns.com/Ellen’s Airbrush, 401 North West Avenue, El Dorado, AR 71730 USA. Please include a postal money order for your Custom Painted Artwork, with a note saying what you are ordering, plus your name and address; or, we can invoice you via Paypal where you can use your credit or debit card: simply provide your email address.
Q. How do I know my total amount?
A. We’ll discuss your job via Contact the Seller / email before you mail your [certain object].
Q. How long will I have to wait for my Custom Painted Item?
A. License plates with just a name: about a week including shipping [if you are in the USA]. Everything else: 2-8 weeks depending on our Volume of work. Just ask us about that.
Q. How can I tell what my order will look like when it’s finished?
A. There are plenty of listings for you to browse, showing our Style of work. Also, you can view our Pics at www.Facebook.com/EllensAirbrush: plenty of folders there with pictures of things we have done. If you like our style then we’d love to create something special just for you.
When you order a sign, we’ll email you a Preliminary Sketch before painting the sign, and wait for Your Response before painting the actual sign. Then you’ll get a emailed Photo of your item before it’s shipped.
We have a listing in the Sign category for a Preliminary Sketch.
NOTE: We’ll make MINOR changes to your Preliminary Sketch only ONCE. Therefore, it is IMPORTANT that you make yourself clear on what you want WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.
And please: Place your CHRISTMAS orders EARLY: DECEMBER IS VERY STRESSFUL!!!
Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. Almost everything we ship is sent by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation [tracking number], with the following exceptions:
If you order a Sticker, it will be sent by USPS First Class Mail.
If you order a Sign larger than 2’x3’, it will be sent by UPS Ground [tracking number].
International orders are sent by USPS First Class Mail International.
NO REFUNDS: all sales are Final.

We are not responsible for lost items with no insurance. If you choose to purchase insurance, you must save your packaging and receipts to process a claim.
