If not 100% happy with the item, we will offer either an exchange or refund. Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date of merchandise. Please include everything in the box sent to you. Buyer pays for return shipping. Any merchandise returned must come back in the originally sent condition. Refunds are for purchase price of item. Shipping and insurance is not refundable. We receive very few returns, but please contact us prior to doing so.
