Payments must be made within 12 days from purchase date. In the case of multipal item purchase, this time is calculated from the purchase of the first item.

Shipping will not be initiated if checkout is not completed or payment is not made in full.

eBay unpaid item process will be initiated if item not paid after 13 days, and transaction will eventually be cancelled and item will be relisted. Unpaid buyers will receive ebay strike.

For combined shipping postage, item with the highest postage is the base postage price, additional item postage is a fixed amount, please refer to the listing postage chart.

Shipping times vary greatly from country to country. For most countries, Airmail can take upto 4 weeks. We give an estimated shipping time in our listings for your reference, we do not guarantee item will arrive within such time frame. We do not accept claims and returns for reason of shipping delay/event missing. Buyer's should consider this issue and buy the dress well ahead of time. However, We guarantee that buyer's will receive their purchased item or their money will be returned.

To help speed up shipping and eliminate un-deliverable parcels, do the following:

1. Write complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Do not miss postal code, street numbers, receiver's name, or country.

2. Use paypal instant payment rather than a paypl echeque. e-cheque delays diapatching.

Pay attention to the delivery notice.

3. If possible, avoid P. O. Box addresses.

4. Provide a contact number for courier services. Leave a phone number that the postman can reach, many times the delivery is done while you are away for work.

If you did not receive your parcel in your expected time, don't panic, contact us first, and we will look into the reason and sort it out.
