Return Policies:
We offer a 30 day no hassle return policy as long as the item has not been worn, altered or sized. 
No Return Authorization is needed. Please keep the following guidelines in mind
  • All items being returned must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
  • Items valued more than $500 must also be insured.
  • Fine Jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All Fine Jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks.
  • All certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with your merchandise.

    You are responsible for         all shipping costs for returning merchandise.
    Most wedding bands may be returned due to us carrying most sizes. We will notify you if a
    wedding band may not be returned. 
    Special Orders may not be returned!!
