Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept PAYPAL: Visa, MasterCard, Amex,
Discover, and eCheck. You may call to pay over the phone with Visa, MasterCard,
Amex, & Discover. Personal & cashier checks are accepted, but we need 10
days to clear our account (no exceptions).
Q: Payment was sent a few days ago, Have you
received it?
A: PAYPAL payments are immediate and usually post to your
account. If you have sent your payment via a check, please allow 7 days for
your check to reach us. If you have paid over the phone using a credit card, we
will call you if there is any problems with the payment.
Q: How much are your shipping charges?
A: We are not offering Free Shipping on some of our most
saleable items. Otherwise, shipping charges are listed in the auction, if
you do not see the charges, please email us and we will gladly tell you how much
the charge will be for your item.
Q: Which company do you use to ship your items?
A: All items shipped to a US destination is shipped with UPS
insured. APO and PO boxes are shipped with USPS. International packages are
shipped with UPS or USPS.
Q: What type of shipping do you offer?
A: We offer UPS ground, 3rd day and 2nd day. We do not offer
NEXT DAY shipping on any of our items.
Q: How can I receive this item with next day
shipping?
A: If you need to have an item next day, you may pay using
Electronic Bank Wire Transfer. This will expediate your order and will
allow us to send your item Next Day a day after your money is in our account.
Q: If I purchase more than 1 item, do I pay for 2
or more shipping charges?
A: Absolutely not. Shipping charges are close to our cost and
it is not a way for us to make profits. But since the package value has
increased, the insurance will be required to be paid. Insurance is required on
all jewelry items for the clients protection. If you were interested in
purchasing more than one item and you have questions, please email us and we
will gladly explain everything in detail.
Q: Will you ship internationally?
A: We ship internationally to all locations except Indonesia,
Nigeria and Philippines. Shipping charges vary based on location, please email
us if you do not see the shipping charges in your auction and we will gladly
send you an estimate.
Q: When will my item be shipped?
A: Since most items are made to order, we require 5-7
business days from the day payment is received to ship your item. Some items
are in our inventory and they will be shipped on the same day or next day as payment is
received. Please look in the auction page for the exact time which your item
will ship. Once the item is shipped, a confirmation will be emailed to
you. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays do not count as a business day. Please
check all your packages when you receive them for damage or tampering before you
sign for the package.
Q: How do I know that I can trust you?
A: We have been in the jewelry business over 25 years. Our
jewelers follow a strict quality control to ensure your satisfaction. We stand
behind our products and will work to make all our clients happy and satisfy.
Please view the top page of each auction and you will see that we have been
verified for your protection. Your satisfaction is our goal. If you have any
other concerns, please email us and we can try to meet your needs.
Q: What is your return policy?
Our detailed return policy is listed on the first page of our
store. Note all custom orders are non-refundable.
Q: What is your policy on ring sizing?
A: Majority of our Ladies rings are sized 6, if you need a
different size, please specify in your PAYPAL payment. In most cases when
stated in the our auctions, we size rings with out any fees. But if for
any reason you should decide to return your ring, sizing fees will not be
refunded.
A: Lady's rings are sized for a nominal fee of 25.00 per
finger size and every size thereof for 14 and 18 karat gold. Men's rings
are sized for a nominal fee of 35.00 per finger size and every size thereof for
14 and 18 karat gold. Platinum rings are sized for a nominal fee of 75.00
per finger size and every size thereof. Sizing fees will not be refunded

Q: Do you offer engraving?
A: We offer custom engraving on majority of our items.
Message can contain up to 20 upper cased characters of block or cursive font
including spaces. This service is available for both gold and platinum for a
fee of $20.00. A 15% restocking fee applies for all engraved items returned.
Q: What is a certificate appraisal?
A: Certificate appraisal is a document that describes your
item in detail. It describes the specific characteristics of the item
(dimensions, weight, diamond characteristics, etc.) and also includes the retail
replacement value. The main purpose of a written certificate appraisal is for
insurance purposes only.
Note: Appraisals are subjective and may vary.
Q: How much do you charge for appraisals?
A: Certificate appraisals are included with all the items
purchased at no additional charge.
Q: Is it possible to get a larger size diamond in
this ring?
A: Yes, we are able to change majority of the diamonds and
make them larger. It is best if you contact us in regards to this option.
Q: When I purchase a diamond with GIA or EGL
certificate, do you mail the original certificate in the package?
A: We mail a copy of the original certificate in the package
for your review, and after a feedback is left on eBay, we mail the original
certificate using USPS. This process takes about 5-7 business days.
Q: I have a diamond, can you set it in this ring?
A: In most cases your diamond can be used in any of our
rings. Please email us and we will gladly help you with this option.
Q: Can you make this item in different metal?
A: Yes, majority of our items can be created in 14, 18 karat
and Platinum. Please contact us and we will be glad to quote you a price for
the different metals offered.
Q: I see a yellow gold ring, can I order it in
white?
A: Yes, majority of the items we have can be created in any
type of gold you need either white or yellow. Platinum will increase the price,
but yellow to white or viceversa will not effect the price.
Q: What is the quality of diamonds?
A: the qualities of the diamonds are listed on each individual
auction. We offer diamond upgrades. Contact us with your request.
Q: Do you offer financing?
A: We understand your concern about difficult economic
situation at this time. We are glad to offer Our Lay Away plan to help
with any purchase. It allows you to make three equal payments. This
can be set up through Paypal or your credit card. Equal payments will be
charged automatically. Upon full payment received, your item will ship
using 2nd Day Air (additional fee applies). There are no financing
charges, late payment fees or any other hidden fees with this method. It
is very simple to use. Should you decide to cancel your order before it is
shipped, there will be a 25% cancellation fee. If you decide to cancel
your order after you have fully paid for it, there will be a 30% restocking fee.
