- Clients who purchased our jewelry items may now enjoy a HASSLE FREE FULL REFUND of the purchase price, minus shipping and insurance
plus any sizing fee. This policy will allow our clients to try the jewelry on for 3-5 days and decide if they like to keep the item. Once the 7 days is passed look below for your options.
- Returned items should be in their original condition. Items that were resized, reset or modified in any way by the client are not refundable. Items which were altered by
Alan G are returnable for a HASSLE FREE FULL REFUND.
- Refunds will be given in the same way the payment was received, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your refund after your item is received.
- Shipping, insurance and alteration fees are non-refundable.

- Option 1: receive a full refund of the original auction price, minus shipping, insurance and a 10.0% restocking fee (for instance, a $100 purchase would have a restocking fee of $10.00 deducted from a refund).
- Option 2: receive a full credit of the purchase price towards another purchase without any expiration, minus shipping, insurance and a 0% restocking fee.
If you choose to receive a refund prior to the item being shipped to you, the 10.0% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. NOTE: THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE DEDUCTIONS FOR ANY REASON.
