My initial order was possibly lost in shipment and there was a delay in response from seller regarding the issue. HOWEVER -- Seller was VERY HELPFUL. She offered to replace the items lost with similar items AND added two more items free of charge for the inconvenience. EXCELLENT communication and over-and-above response to "make it right." It's a rare thing to encounter that type of customer service these days. Highly recommend this seller. Once the second order shipped, it arrived quickly.
