| A:All sales are final unless the item received is different from the picture or grossly misrepresented. Should you have any concerns during the course of the transaction or if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately and I will try my best to work with you. I will respond as promptly as I can. |

| A:Yes, I will charge the shipping price for the first item then only $2.00 for each additional item. Items must be purchased within 5 days of one another and be on the same invoice. Large and heavy items do not qualify for this discount. |

| Q:What methods of payment do you accept? |

| A:The preferred method of payment is PayPal. It is quick, easy & convenient for us all. Please do not send personal cheques under no circumstances will I accept them. I am currently working on other payment methods for your convenience. |
| Q:Why can't I send cash? |

| A:It's just too risky. All buyer and seller protection plans would not apply to cash transactions. |
| Q:Where does your inventory come from? |

| A:My inventory comes from many different sources which includes: my network of wholesalers, retail stores, consignment shops, and on line acquisitions. |
