 | A: Yes. Customs, duties and taxes are due for any shipment sent by Dyscern outside the United States. Dyscern is required by law to provide an invoice with each package sent outside the United States. We cannot ship internationally as a gift. |

 | A: The ESN number is not always captured in the database. Dyscern has a 30 day guarantee on all its units, and activation is fully covered under the guarantee. In the unlikely event of a problem with activation, Dyscern will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund. |

 | A: In the title of every auction page, it will either state the compatible carrier (e.g. Cingular) or "Unlocked". If it is unlocked, it will work on any GSM provider worldwide. Please note Sprint and Verizon will not work with unlocked phones as they are not GSM providers. You must by a phone with Sprint or Verizon in the title. |
