This form will allow you to personalize one dog tag set. If you have purchased more than one dog tag set, you will need to submit a form for each dog tag set ordered. |

| A:Yes. Each tag can be personalized with completely different text. You can have up to 15 characters per line including spaces and up to 5 lines. |

| A:We ship via USPS First Class mail within 3 business days after receiving your payment and personalization form. Domestic First Class mail generally takes from 3-9 business days for delivery. International First Class mail can is estimated from 14-28 business days. |

| A:Yes, we regularly ship internationally. It is standard Ebay and EliteDogTags policy that buyer is responsible for all custom taxes, tarrifs and fees. These taxes could be imposed by your government for importing from other countries and are due at time of delivery. |
